Suggestions from Our Patients
We are always happy to hear suggestions from patients, particularly with regards to our new medical centre. We have suggestion boxes in each branch and will periodically, ask our patients for their opinions on their experience. We publish responses to the suggestions on the surgery notice boards and on the website . From time-to-time, we may also use the Patient Feedback Polls at the bottom of our website to collect responses.
Raising a concern
If you have a problem or a concern about the service we provided to you, please let us know – We value your feedback and try and resolve the matter locally when this is possible. We take any concern very seriously. In the first instance, please contact Mr Andrew Langley our Practice Manager verbally or in writing. A full copy of our concerns proceedure which details your rights and how to raise a concern can be obtained from the practice or on our website COMPLAINTS PROTOCOL updated Jan 2015
Any complaint received will be acknowledged within 2 days, and under most circumstances we will respond to your concerns within 30 working days.
