Practice Profile
We are an established medical practice based in the county borough of Caerphilly, South Wales. Previously operating out of three seperate surgery premises, the practice moved its Caerphilly branches to our new state-of-the-art medical centre on 12 March 2012.
How to Join the Practice
To join the Practice, Simply call in or contact us for the appropriate registration forms – one per each family member. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire about your general health and an appointment can be made for you to see the Practice Nurse for a general check up and discussion about the completed questionnaire.

Our Practice boundary covers the areas of Caerphilly, Senghenydd, Abertridwr, Lower Llanbradach, Bedwas, Rudry and Nantgarw

Medical Students
We occasionally take medical students into the practice as part of their training. Patients consent will always be sought before they have any contact with students.
Disabled Patients
All premises have suitable access for disabled patients. The car park area has wide disabled bays reserved for wheelchair users, as well as spaces adjacent to the entrance of the building and dropped curbs. We have automatic and touch operated doors. We also have a hearing loop on the reception desk and a portable unit for use in rooms, a visual patient call system with audio alerts.
We can organise RNID sign interpretor if you give advanced notices. Please Note: This may be chargeable if you miss the appointment.
